Embrace the Being - 1001 Surya Namaskar

91 Days | 1001 Surya Namaskar | One Extraordinary Journey

October | November | December

It’s not about pushing harder, it’s about opening space within, exactly where you are. A 91-day guided experience designed to help you show up for life with clarity, strength, and grace: one breath and one movement at a time.

As winter draws us inward, our inner fire (agni) is at its peak. Practicing Surya Namaskar during this time helps you channel your energy to build:

  • MOBILITY | Warm up from within and keep the body moving with ease

  • STRENGTH | Strengthen from the inside out with steady energy

  • STILLNESS | Build clarity, resilience, and inner balance

Over 91 days, we’ll move together through 1001 Sun Salutations, supported by group energy, mindful movement, and the rhythm of daily practice. Along the way, you’ll discover how discipline, warmth, and community can open the door to healing and transformation.

Why not use this season to rise, shine, and transform with the power of Surya Namaskar?

Yoga Diaries

A glimpse into real experiences and reflections from practitioners.

I enjoyed the yoga class, especially the Surya Namaskar and its variations. I also loved how you closed each session with Savasana. It was very calming and relaxing.

The Shared Energy of Movement

Surya Namaskar is one of the most beautiful and widely practiced vinyasas across all yoga schools. It is an ocean of health in itself, deep, vast, and endlessly enriching. Whether practiced in 8, 10, or 12-step variations, its rhythm and flow carry a magic of their own. To me, the asanas in Surya Namaskar are like musical notes, coming together in perfect harmony, unique to each one of us.

With every round, Surya Namaskar brings a wealth of physical, mental, and energetic benefits. I want to highlight one special aspect. Practicing Surya Namaskara in a group setting, whether online or in person, is a bonus. It builds both the strength and spirit of the individual, improving self-discipline while uplifting others as well.

Embrace the Being provides an opportunity to come together to inspire and motivate each other through the shared presence of self and community.

FAQs

  • Surya Namaskar is the heart of yoga, like the alphabet of the practice. Its gentle, flowing movements awaken your body, calm your mind, and help you feel present. Simple yet deeply nourishing practice, you can return to again and again, needing nothing but yourself, offering the comforting feeling of coming home, no matter where life takes you.

  • No. This program is open to everyone, from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners. Each sequence is guided, and you’ll be encouraged to move at your own pace.

  • The 1001 Surya Namaskars are spread across 91 days in a sustainable rhythm. On average, we’ll practice around 10–15 salutations per day, depending on the flow and your pace.

  • Consistency is encouraged, but life is never linear. If you miss a session, simply rejoin the next day. The strength of this program lies in long-term dedication, not perfection.

  • Most sessions will last about 20–30 minutes. The focus is on quality: connecting breath, body, and awareness, rather than racing through repetitions.

  • While this program encourages the discipline of a simple daily practice, we understand it might be tough to commit. Join the classes you can and make the most of each session. You’ll still benefit from the practice.

  • A yoga mat and comfortable clothing are essentials. A block or small stool, a strap or stole, and a cotton blanket can support your practice. Keep a towel and water nearby.

  • Not in the way you might expect. The practice is steady and mindful, not forceful. You’ll be guided to honor your limits, gradually building strength, mobility, and inner stillness.

  • Please consult your healthcare provider first. Surya Namaskar can often be modified, but it’s important that you listen to your body and adapt as needed.

  • Every session is live to nurture presence and discipline. Recordings won’t be available, but missing a day is never the end. Simply show up the next day and step right back into the rhythm of practice and community.

  • Winter naturally draws us inward. In yogic wisdom, our inner fire (agni) is at its peak during this time. Practicing Surya Namaskar helps channel that energy into clarity, resilience, and transformation.

  • Everyone’s experience is unique, but most notice increased muscle strength, joint mobility, and improved digestive and cardiovascular health. Many also experience greater focus, emotional balance, and renewed energy, helping you begin 2026 as your best self.

I’ve put heart and effort into making it easier for you to take this step toward your health and wellness. Reach out with any questions, and I’ll be happy to help.
