As a software engineer, I worked to improve software quality. Now, I help people improve the quality of their lives. My journey in yoga began in 2009, when I first started practicing at an Iyengar yoga school. Since then, I’ve explored various styles, from Hot Yoga to Hatha Yoga. Yoga soon became my way of life. Pursuing my passion, I am now a yoga practitioner, a certified yoga teacher (RYT 200), and an advanced yoga teacher.
I’m all about music, dance, nature, and quality family time, plus I love reading, cooking, and talking to Taco, our wise young tortoise.
I believe that the treasures of life are found in its simplest moments! In my yoga practice, I’ve found that the true treasure lies in the journey of each asana, rather than solely focusing on the final pose.
“Yoga” for me is a lifelong journey of humanity. It is full of limitless possibilities to bring people together, support one another, and grow gracefully. Through mindful movement and conscious breathing, we are reminded to nurture ourselves, embrace our true nature, and step into the best versions of ourselves, together.
